Gilat's SkyEdge II-c advanced Total Network Management System enables network operators to define, manage and control their own services, hub elements and remote terminals.


At NBN in Australia for example, the joint effort between Optus and Gilat includes 48,000 Gilat VSATs that were successfully deployed and are currently operated by Gilat. Gilat is responsible for the operation of the network, surveillance of the end-to-end service, Helpdesk for resolution of trouble for individual end users, VSAT CPE installation and maintenance and support of eleven beams across three earth stations.

In Inmarsat, Gilat is responsible for the worldwide Global Express Gilat network operation, 24x7 end-to-end network surveillance, with guaranteed 99.9% network availability, as well as Helpdesk services, branded as Inmarsat, for Inmarsat’s VARs. Our NOC and Helpdesk perform the front-line network services for all of Inmarsat’s Global Express Gilat customers worldwide.
