Erez Antebi serves as Gilat's Chief Executive Officer. He has been with Gilat for over 17 years.In his latest role as executive advisor to the CEO, Erez has been leading Gilat entry to the new market of spot-beam satellites and Ka Band VSAT technology. Previously Mr. Antebi served as Gilat’s Chief Executive Officer for Gilat Network Systems (GNS) and Spacenet Rural Communications business units. Mr. Antebi previously served as the CEO of Clariton Ltd, Gilat’s Chief Operating Officer (COO) and other executive positions in Gilat Satellite Networks LTD. Mr. Antebi holds an MSc and a BSc, Summa Cum Laude, in Electrical Engineering from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology, Haifa.

Glenn Katz serves as Chief Executive Officer of Spacenet Inc., one of the world’s leading providers of Satellite and Broadband Managed Network Services.Leveraging his 20+ years of industry and leadership experience, he is currently responsible for driving the strategic growth of the company, with a focus on Commercial and Government telecommunication services. Prior to his role as CEO, Mr. Katz was Spacenet’s President and COO responsible for fostering the company’s year over year growth in revenue and managing its strategic business initiatives. An industry veteran, Mr. Katz served as the driving force behind Spacenet’s ongoing improvements to its product portfolio and service delivery. Prior to joining Spacenet, Mr. Katz was the Interim CEO and CIO of StarBand Communications Inc., a consumer broadband satellite company. As the Interim CEO he led the merger between StarBand and Spacenet Inc., which concluded in 2006. Prior to joining StarBand, Mr. Katz held several executive roles with Gilat Satellite Networks in both Gilat’s headquarters and US subsidiary, and helped launch Gilat Latin America, Inc., serving as Chief Technical Officer and VP of Operations. Before joining Gilat in 1993, Mr. Katz worked with Digital Transmission Systems and Scientific Atlanta, serving as a design and development engineer in both companies. Mr. Katz holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Georgia.

Assaf Eyal has over 20 years of experience in general management, sales, marketing, research & development, and customer service. Having lived many years in the U.S., Europe and the Far East, Assaf has also firsthand experience in international markets and cultures. In his last position, Assaf was the President and CEO of Ultrashape LTD, an esthetic medical device company that was recently sold to Syneron Medical. Prior to this, Assaf served as Executive Vice President at NUR Macroprinters, a manufacturer of super wide format digital printers that was successfully sold to HP in 2008. Before NUR, Assaf served in various executive positions at Orbotech Ltd. - a world leader in Automated Optical Inspection solutions for the electronics industry. In his last position at Orbotech Assaf was the Co-President of the Display Division. During his tenure the division maintained its position as the clear market leader and saw revenues grow significantly. He holds a B.Sc in Engineering and M.Sc in Management.

Mr. Berkovich has over 14 years of experience in R&D and operational management. Prior to joining Gilat, Mr. Berkovich held a variety of executive positions at different hi-tech companies, including serving as Vice President of Research and Development for Verint Systems, where he managed over 200 developers, system architects, team leaders and QA managers. He also served as Vice President of Research and Development for Intercast Networks, a flexible video platform for managing and delivering personalized video from storage. Mr. Berkovich holds an MBA from the Interdisciplinary Center of Herzeliya, and a BSc. in Computer Science from the Technion institute, Israel

Doron Elinav serves as Gilat’s Vice President of Strategic Accounts.Mr. Elinav is responsible for leading the company’s strategic Ka-Band VSAT accounts and driving business growth in this market segment. Previously, Mr. Elinav served as Gilat’s Vice President of Marketing and Business Development and before that as the company’s Director of Strategic Marketing. Prior to joining Gilat, Mr. Elinav held various senior marketing positions in the hi-tech industry, including in Flash Networks, Communications Systems (Comsys) and Radcom. Mr. Elinav holds a BSc. in Industrial Engineering from Tel Aviv University.

Orna Balderman serves as Vice President of Human Resources for Gilat.Orna has more than 15 years experience managing all aspects of Human Resources. Prior to joining Gilat, Ms. Balderman served as VP Human Resources for two startup companies. Orna also spent 7 years at Comverse where she held various senior positions, including AVP Human Resources. Prior to Comverse, Orna served as the Training and Organizational Development Manager in the operations division at Teva Pharmaceutical Industries. Orna holds a B.A. in Sociology & Film and an executive MBA from the Recanati Faculty of Management, both from Tel Aviv University.

Alon Levy serves as Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Gilat.Mr. Levy previously held the position of Associate General Counsel of Corporate Affairs, after serving as Legal Counsel when he joined Gilat in 2006. Prior to joining Gilat, Mr. Levy worked as an associate at the law firm of E.S. Shimron, I. Molho, Persky & Co., where he also completed his legal internship; and as an in-house attorney for HOT Communications Systems Ltd., a leading Israeli communications company. Mr. Levy holds an LLB law degree from the Faculty of Law at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, and is a member of the Israeli Bar Association.
