Who we are looking for
We are looking for a Marcom Global Coordinator to join our global Marketing team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, with a passion for managing international events, marketing operations, and logistics.
What you will do
Event Management:
- Coordinate global events, trade shows, logistics, and operations.
- Oversee planning, budget management, hotel bookings, shipments, and more.
- Ensure events are executed on time, within budget, and aligned with company objectives.
Operations & Finance:
- Manage invoices, suppliers, and payments process.
- Collaborate closely with Finance to monitor budgets and expenses.
- Ensure accurate reporting and financial accountability for projects.
Marketing Operations:
- Handle marketing-related tasks such as stock and order management, supplier coordination, shipments, and logistics.
- Support marketing initiatives across all platforms
- Assist with analytics, reporting, presentation updates, and strategic marketing projects.
Requirements
- B.A. in Marketing & Management, Business Administration, or equivalent - mandatory.
- Fluent English (high level) – mandatory.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, plan ahead, and multitask effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking.
- No travel required.
