Gilat is looking for General Manager to the Defense Sales for Israel and EMEA domain, focusing on customers, management, and business. The GM responsibilities include developing a sales growth strategy, action plans, and to maintain customers relationship
Identify and lead the development of programs and opportunities.
Own relationships with key customers.
Develop a north growth strategy and execution plan.
Own, deliver and be measured on booking& revenue.
Meet & Exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and account
+7 years or more experience in business development and sales with the local Israel Defense market.
Previous expedience in developing global defense business (outside of Israel).
Proven sales executive experience, meeting, or exceeding targets.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close (“Hands-On”).
Excellent oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and computer literacy.
BA/BS degree or equivalent.
Strategic planning skills
Hunting capability – willing to walk the corridors, building relationships and deals.
A self-starter with motivation and an agile approach.
