Adi Sfadia

CEO

Adi Sfadia serves as Gilat’s Chief Executive Officer. Prior to holding the CEO position, Mr. Sfadia served as Gilat’s CFO for five years. Before joining Gilat, Adi served as CFO of Starhome Mach, a leading provider of products and services for the telecommunication mobile market, since January 2013. From 2008 to 2013, Adi was CFO of RADVISION (Nasdaq: RVSN), a leading provider of products and technologies for unified visual communications over IP. From 2004 until 2008, he served as RADVISION’s Corporate Controller and Vice President of Finance. Prior to RADVISION, Adi served in various senior financial positions in Israeli private and public companies, including Corporate Controller, Director of Finance, and Senior Manager at Ernst & Young. Adi holds a B.A. degree in Business Administration and an MBA (magna cum laude) from the College of Management in Tel Aviv and Rishon Lezion. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
Ron Levin

President, Gilat Commercial Division

Ron Levin serves as President, Gilat Commercial Division. Prior to his role as President, Gilat Commercial Division, Ron served Gilat in numerous senior positions including Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Operations Officer. Before joining Gilat, Ron headed Strategic Sales at ECI Telecom, a leading telecom equipment provider. Previously he headed Product Management at Jungo Software Technologies, a developer of software for home and small business gateways, which was later acquired by NDS and Cisco. Ron holds a MSc in Management from the University of Tel Aviv and a BSc in Computer Engineering from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology in Haifa.
Gilad Landsberg

President, Gilat Defense Division

Gilad Landsberg serves as President, Gilat Defense Division. Gilad is a multi-dimensional executive with over 20 years of business, technical and management experience. Prior to his appointment as President, Gilat Defense Division, he served as Gilat’s Chief Operators Officer. Before joining Gilat, Gilad spent three years as Vice President, Head of the Tactical & MALE UAS Division of Aeronautics, a world leader in designing, developing and manufacturing Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) for the global defense and HLS markets.  Previously Mr. Landsberg spent over 10 years at Rafael, a defense technology company, starting as a system engineer and working his way up to Director, Head of the Advanced Precision Strike Systems Business Unit where he increased yearly revenue from $30M to more than $130M. Mr. Landsberg graduated from the Technion, with a B.S.C in Industrial and Management Engineering, specializing in Information Technology.
Gil Benyamini

CFO

Gil Benyamini serves as Gilat’s Chief Financial Officer. Gil is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of management leadership of finance organizations. Prior to joining Gilat, Gil spent four years from 2017 to 2021 as CFO at Panaxia Pharmaceutical Industries (TASE:PNAX). In this position he was part of the core management team successfully leading the company RTO into TASE and its equity and debt financing. Previously Mr. Benyamini held the CFO role at Walla Communications from 2009 until 2016 and at Exent Technologies from 2006 until 2009. Earlier in his career, Gil held finance positions at Tecnomatix Technologies (previously NASDAQ: TCNO) and PwC. Mr. Benyamini is a Certified Public Accountant and holds Cum Laude degrees from Tel Aviv University: MBA (major in finance), BA – Accounting, BA – Economics, Statistics & Operations Research.
Doron Kerbel

General Counsel

Doron Kerbel serves as General Counsel at Gilat Satellite Networks, overseeing all legal aspects of the company’s global operations. He brings extensive experience in managing the legal affairs of publicly traded companies, with expertise in corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, litigation, and regulatory compliance. Prior to joining Gilat, Doron held the position of Vice President, General Counsel & Company Secretary at Senstar Technologies Ltd. (NASDAQ: “SNT”) for seven years. He also served as Legal Counsel at Elbit Systems Ltd. (NASDAQ: “ESLT”) for eight years. Earlier in his career, Doron worked in private practice and served as Senior Legal Counsel for International Law at the Israeli Embassy in the Netherlands. Doron holds an LL.B. from the Richman University and an LL.M., awarded with distinction, from the University of Amsterdam’s International Law School.

Aharon Mullokandov

Chief R&D Officer

Aharon Mullokandov serves as Gilat’s Chief R&D Officer. Prior to his role as Chief R&D Officer, Aharon servied as Gilat’s Senior Vice President Research & Development. Before joining Gilat, Mr. Aharon Mullokandov served as Vice President Global R&D Cyber Security at Allot Communications (Nasdaq – ALLT). In this role, he built and managed the global R&D of the Cyber Security BU, including 180 engineers and 4 different product lines, across a wide range of multi-disciplinary technologies. Aharon previously served as Assistance Vice President, Global Program Development. Before joining Allot, Aharon was the Head of Global Customer Service at Here Mobility. Prior to this position, Aharon served as the Head of the Drive Division at Servotronix Motion Control. Aharon began his career at Gilat, serving in many different positions over a 9-year period including Assistance Vice President, Global Cloud Operations Services, R&D Director, Global QA and system engineering. Aharon holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Ariel University.
Hagay Katz

Chief Product and Marketing Officer

Hagay serves as Gilat’s Chief Product and Marketing Officer. Prior to joining Gilat, Hagay served as VP Strategic Accounts – Cyber Security at Allot Communications (Nasdaq – ALLT) where he was instrumental in transforming Allot to be the market leader of network-based cyber-security as-a-service for communication Service Providers.   Previously he served as Gilat’s Head of the VSAT Line of Business. In this period Gilat became the world leader for LTE cellular and commercial In-Flight broadband Connectivity over satellite. Earlier in his career, Hagay held senior positions in Sales, Marketing and Product Management at Modu Mobile, PacketLight Networks, which he co-founded (Acquired) and Telstra Research Laboratories. Hagay started his career in an elite technology unit of the IDF and is the co-author of nine granted patents. Hagay holds a BSc and MSc in Electronic Engineering from Tel-Aviv University and an MBA from Monash University.
Lior Moyal

Chief People Officer

Lior Moyal serves as Gilat’s Chief People Officer Mrs. Moyal has a demonstrated track record of 20 years in global small through large scale hi-tech companies, both SW and HW. In the past 4 years, Lior served as the Director of HR of Wavestream, a wholly owned subsidiary of Gilat in the US. Previous to that, she served in different HR Business Partner roles at Amdocs Ltd and was a Human Capital Captain in the IDF. Lior holds a BA in Social Science and MA in Organization Development.

President, Gilat Peru

Arieh Rohrstock serves as President, Gilat Peru Mr. Rohrstock joined Gilat Satellite Networks in 1998. Since 2008 he has served as General Manager of Gilat Peru. Previously, Mr. Rohrstock has held the positions of COO of Spacenet Rural, COO of Gilat Latin America, Planning and Development Manager, among other management positions. Prior to joining Gilat, Mr. Rohrstock rendered military service in Israel. Mr. Rohrstock is an electronic engineer from Ort Brauda University of Israel.
Roni Stoleru

Chief Corporate Development Officer

Roni Stoleru serves as Gilat’s Chief Corporate Development Officer. Mr. Stoleru joined Gilat over 24 years ago. Prior to his role as Senior Vice President, Mr. Stoleru held a variety of senior positions in product management, technical marketing, sales and corporate business development. Before joining Gilat, Mr. Stoleru served as an officer in the IAF, working as a Project Officer in RAFAEL Advanced Defense Systems Ltd. Mr. Stoleru holds a Masters of Business Administration with a major in Information Systems and Technologies Management from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor of Science, Electrical Engineering from Ben Gurion University.
