Who we are looking for
We are seeking a Business Operations Specialist to join our Global Defense Business Unit. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, with a strong understanding of business processes and P&L management. You’ll play a key role in monitoring budgets, tracking financial performance, and ensuring accurate forecasting to keep operations on target.
What you will do
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and act as the go-to point for coordination within the BU and with corporate teams.
- Prepare clear, accurate reports, dashboards, and executive presentations to support decision-making.
- Build and maintain forecasting tools, KPIs, and P&L dashboards for management review.
- Monitor budget execution, track financial performance, and flag risks or variances early.
- Support sales operations processes, including pipeline tracking and deal approvals.
- Streamline and standardize operational processes, tools, and documentation across projects.
- Coordinate inputs for management reviews and ensure accurate, consistent reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering & Management, or similar – must.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience (including student positions) – must.
- Strong understanding of business processes (including P&L) – must.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) – must, experience with BI and AI tools – advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work effectively in a global environment.
- High level of English (written and spoken) – must.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic setting.
