Who we are looking for
We are currently seeking for an IS Support / Application Support (Tier 1) to provide first-line (Tier 1) application support in a global organization, delivering initial response and troubleshooting for business application systems.
What you will do
- The role includes handling incidents and service requests, supporting daily application operations, and working closely with the Business Applications team to ensure stable and continuous system availability for users worldwide.
- The position is user-facing and service-oriented, with responsibility for initial diagnosis, resolution of basic issues, proper escalation, and clear communication with global users.
Requirements
- Experience in IS Support / Application Support / Help Desk – advantage
- Familiarity with service management tools (e.g. SysAid) – advantage
- Experience supporting application systems in a corporate or global environment
- Knowledge of SAP – advantage
- Knowledge of Salesforce – advantage
- Strong technical orientation and ability to learn enterprise systems quickly
- Good written and spoken English (work with global users)
