Who we are looking for
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Global Talent Acquisition Specialist for our Moldavian site. In this role, you will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts across multiple regions, identifying and attracting top global talent to support our mission of connecting the world through cutting-edge satellite communications technology.
You will partner closely with hiring managers, HR business partners, and executives to build strong pipelines, develop creative sourcing strategies, and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience across all global locations.
What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for global positions, from kick off meetings and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop proactive talent acquisition strategies aligned with company goals.
- Work closely with LinkedIn innovative sourcing methods to attract top talent globally, including digital channels, professional networks, and industry events.
- Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s presence worldwide.
- Collaborate with hiring managers, HR partners to deliver efficient, high-quality hiring outcomes.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.
- Promote inclusive hiring practices and contribute to a diverse and equitable workforce.
- Give support to the HR manager on documentations and local HR task.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience in international recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within technology, aerospace, or telecommunications sectors.
- Proven track record of managing global recruitment processes across multiple time zones and cultures.
- Fluent level of English (written and spoken) – mandatory. Proficiency in Romanian and Russian (a must)
- Solid experience using ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, Lever) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, interview methodologies, and assessment tools.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed global organization.
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High level of cultural awareness and global mindset.
