Who we are looking for
We are looking for a hands-on Senior Logistics & Warehouse to manage end-to-end material flow at our assembly site in Sofia. This role requires strong operational ownership, covering inbound and outbound logistics, import/export support, inventory management, and direct execution on the production floor. The position works with R&D, production and planning teams as to ensure smooth and reliable assembly operations and freights handling
This role is a combination of admin and warehouse (hands on) management
To have experience in SAP HANA is a strong plus
What you will do
- Own and execute inbound, outbound logistics activities and inventory transactions
- Support import, export processes as well as documentation handling
- Act as primary contact with freight forwarders and logistics partners
- Lead hands-on inventory management and inventory control activities
- Perform cycle counts, investigate variances, and maintain inventory accuracy
- Organize and execute kitting for production orders
- Ensure timely material movement across the production floor
- Support continuous improvement of logistics and warehouse processes
- Plan and Lead all day to day warehouse tasks based on PU Unit Manager priority guidance
Requirements
- High school degree
- Good English language skills, oral and written
- At least 1 year of experience in computerized warehousing logistic management, preferably electronic components and/or mechanical parts
- Knowledge in inventory handling and transactions in ERP systems – preferably SAP
